Baby Bamboo Shoots Soup With Winter Melon

Ingredients
◆bright winter melon 250 g
Seasonings
◎canned baby bamboo shoots 150 g
◎salt 1 tsp
◎rice wine 1/2 tsp
◎clear soup
◎mixed oil(mix cooked lard and vegetable oil in a ratio of 3:7) 1 glass
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse winter melon and cut into pieces. Drain, mix with salt and rice wine, let sit 5 minutes.
②Remove baby bamboo shoots from can, rinse and drain.
③Put clear soup and mixed oil in the wok, bring to a boil on high heat, put melon pieces and bamboo shoots in, simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
