Double Fried Melon With Dry Shrimp
●Style: fried dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time:
Ingredients
◆bitter melon 250 g
◆sponge gourd 200 g
Seasonings
◎dry shrimp 50 g
◎garlic 30 g
◎Chinese mushrooms 50 g
◎salt 1 tsp
◎soup stock 1 tbsp
◎custer sugar 1/2 tsp
◎mixture of cornstarch and water 1/2 tsp
◎vegetable oil 30 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Slice garlic, rinse mushroom and slice. Rinse bitter melon and sponge, cut them into slices.
②Heat up a skillet with vegetable oil, put in mushroom and dry shrimp, and stir fry. Put in both melon slices and stir fry for a while. Add in salt, sugar and some water, mix and stir well. Thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water over high heat and serve.
