酸酪卷心菜

主料
◆卷心菜100克
◆莴笋、小西红柿各适量
调料
◎盐、胡椒粉各少许
◎柠檬汁3毫升
◎酸乳酪4大匙
家常菜的做法
①卷心菜、莴笋均剥开叶片洗净、沥干、切小片;小西红柿去蒂洗净对半切开。
②所有材料排入盘中,加入调匀的调味料拌匀即可。
