Ingredients

◆bitter melon 300 g
◆ham 50 g

Seasonings

◎egg 100 g
◎baby tomatoes 50 g
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎chicken powder 1/2 tsp

①Wash bitter melon and slice it. Dice ham and set aside. Blanch bitter melon and ham dices in boiling water briefly. Garnish with water melon slices and baby tomatoes.
