焖煮火腿白菜
●汤菜
●制作时间2.5小时
主料
◆白菜500克
◆火腿30克
◆冬笋50克
调料
◎木耳20克
◎鸡腿菇、西红柿、洋葱适量
◎盐1/2小匙
◎白糖1/2小匙
◎胡椒粉1/2小匙
◎牛奶50克
家常菜的做法
①将白菜洗净撕块,火腿切片;冬笋、木耳洗净切好;西红柿切块;洋葱切成末,鸡腿菇洗净。
②坐锅点火倒少许油,下洋葱末炒香,下入老汤、火腿片、白菜、冬笋、木耳、鸡腿菇、西红柿,煮到汤浓味香时,再加入牛奶再炖2分钟即可。
