Hot And Sour Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients
◆Chinese cabbage 500 g
◆fillet 100 g
Seasonings
◎black fungus 2 pcs
◎green onion 2 stalks
◎garlic 2 cloves
◎A:cornstarch 1 tsp
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎B:chili sauce, fermented glutinous rice soup, vinegar 1 tsp each
◎ salt, sugar 1 tsp each
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Cut cabbage in half and rinse, cut crosswise into long pieces. Rinse black fungus and cut into slices. Rinse green onion and segment. Peel garlic and crush to pieces.
②Rinse fillet and slice. Put into bowl and mix well with seasonings A, marinade for 5 minutes.
③Heat 2 tbsp of oil and stir-fry the fillet until whiten, fish out and drip oil.
④Leave remained oil in wok and heat up, add in green onion segments, crushed garlic, fungus slices and Chinese cabbage, stir-fry them until softened. Add in fillet and seasonings B, mix and stir well.
