黄瓜泡菜
●腌菜
●制作时间35分钟
主料
◆小黄瓜8根
调料
◎葱5根
◎白萝卜丝100克
◎胡萝卜、蒜各60克
◎姜30克
◎熟白芝麻1大匙
◎盐1大匙
◎细辣椒粉4大匙
◎虾油3大匙
◎糖1大匙
◎盐1小匙
家常菜的做法
①葱切丁;白萝卜和胡萝卜分别切丝;蒜和姜捣碎;辣椒粉加入虾油和姜蒜,拌成膏状,再下入两种萝卜丝,抓拌后加糖和盐调至入味备用。
②将小黄瓜洗净。放入调好的原料中盖上盖子腌至30分钟即可。
