Stir-fried Cuttlefish With Small Cucumbers

Ingredients

◆small cucumbers 300 g
◆cuttlefish 200 g

Seasonings

◎red pepper 1 piece
◎ginger 2 slices
◎fresh chicken powder 1/2 tsp
◎rice wine 1 tbsp
◎salt 1 tsp
◎vegetable oil 30 g

①Rinse small cucumbers, roll and cut crosswise into pieces. Trim roots from red peppers and rinse, slice. Rinse cuttle fish and peel skin, half-cut crossings in the shape of X and then slice. Poach cuttle fish slices in boiling water for a while, fish out and wash with cold water.

②Heat up a wok with frying oil, stir-fry red pepper and ginger slices. Add small cucumbers in and stir-fry until cooked. Add cuttle fish and seasonings well combined.
