Chili Water Boiled Fish

Ingredients
◆1 bass
Seasonings
◎bean sprouts 30 g
◎celery 100 g
◎Toona sinensis 100 g
◎scallion, ginger, garlic 5 g each
◎soybeans 50 g
◎2 eggs
◎sesame 1 tbsp
◎salt tsp
◎chicken powder 1 tsp
◎ground pepper, rice wine 1 tsp each
◎cornstarch
◎dried chili 10 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Remove internal organs and clean up the fish. Trim head, tail, skin and large bone. Cut the fish body into slices. Well combine with salt, chicken powder, rice wine, egg white and cornstarch. Marinade head, tail and bone with rice wine for 3-5 minutes.
②Add water into pot and heat up to boiling point, put in rice wine, ground pepper, chicken powder, bean sprouts, head, tail and bone, cook for 3-5 minutes and then fish out in a bowl. Poach the fish meat slices and then add into the bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped garlic, dried chili. Pour some hot oil on and sprinkle with Toona sinensis and soybeans.
