Pickled Cucumber

Pickled Cucumber
●Style: pickled dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients

◆baby cucumber 8 stalks

Seasonings

◎scallion 5 stalks
◎white turnip shreds 100 g
◎carrot, garlic 60 g
◎ginger 30 g
◎cooked white sesame 1 tbsp
◎salt 1 tbsp
◎fine chili powder 4 tbsp
◎shrimp oil 3 tbsp
◎sugar 1 tbsp
◎salt 1 tsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Cut scallion into tiny cubes. Shred white turnip and carrot. Chop garlic and ginger. Mix chili powder and shrimp oil well with chopped garlic and ginger into paste. Stir with shredded turnip and carrot. Season with sugar and salt into flavored and set aside.

②Rinse baby cucumber and add in flavored seasonings then cover in container marinating for 30 minutes then serve.
