豆瓣黄瓜

主料
◆黄瓜3根
◆鲜豆瓣30克
◆辣椒1个
调料
◎蒜2粒
◎调味料: 辣豆瓣酱1大匙
◎鸡精少许
◎糖2大匙
◎美极鲜酱油少许
◎植物油30克
家常菜的做法
①辣椒洗净切段,蒜去皮切末,黄瓜洗净切条,加少许盐拌,再洗净沥干。
②鲜豆瓣放入开水锅中,煮3分钟取出冲凉备用。
③豆瓣酱加少许油炒香后与黄瓜鲜豆瓣及余下的调味料,腌拌至入味即可。
