Chinese Bacon And Mushrooms With Cabbage Chafingdish

Ingredients

◆Chinese cabbage 100 g
◆needle mushroom 50 g
◆boletus edulis 30 g

Seasonings

◎button mushroom 8 stalks
◎shiitake mushroom 6 stalks
◎Chinese bacon 80 g
◎green onion 1 stalk
◎ginger 3 slices
◎Codonopsis pilosula 2 stalks
◎black date 6 pcs
◎Chinese wolfberry 1/3 tbsp
◎fresh chicken powder 2 tsp
◎salt 2 tsp
◎sugar 1 tsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse and cut Chinese cabbage into thick slices; Soak and rinse shiitake mushroom; Rinse boletus edulis and button mushroom; Trim and rinse needle mushroom; Rinse and cut green onion into sections.

②Rinse and cut Chinese bacon into slices, poach in boiling water for a while to take away salt.

③Add water into pot and bring to boiling point, put cabbage in and cook until soft. Add Codonopsis pilosula, black date and Chinese wolfberry into pot and cook until flavored. Add in Chinese bacon and cook for 10 minutes. Add in onion sections, ginger slices, needle mushroom, boletus edulis, button mushroom, shiitake mushroom and seasonings in turn and cook until fragrant and serve.
