酸辣黄瓜皮
●拌菜
●制作时间2小时10分钟
主料
◆黄瓜4根
◆姜3片
◆辣椒1条
调料
◎盐1/2小匙
◎白糖1/2小匙
◎白醋1小匙
◎辣油1大匙
家常菜的做法
①黄瓜洗净切头去尾,再切长段,用盐略腌约5分钟后冲洗干净。
②将每段黄瓜用刀像削苹果一样,慢慢削成连续长条,最好一刀到底不要断,至中心籽瓤处停刀,并切除籽瓤。
③姜及辣椒切丝,与白糖、白醋、辣油一起置于大碗中拌匀,在放入黄瓜卷,约腌2小时即可。
