Sautéed Perch Balls With Papaya

Ingredients

◆1 perch
◆papaya 100 g

Seasonings

◎snow peas 50 g
◎shiitake mushroom 50 g
◎Chinese wolfberry 15 g
◎red dates 20 g
◎2 eggs
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎sugar 1 tsp
◎ground pepper 1/2 tsp
◎ginger 15 g
◎cornstarch 1 tbsp
◎some starchy solution
◎vegetable oil 20 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Clean up perch and cut into balls. Mix with salt, egg and cornstarch to paste. Cut mushroom into slices. Cut papaya into thick slices. Shred red dates. Soak Chinese wolfberry with water. Tear the tough veins off snow peas.

②Heat wok with water, add some oil. Poach fish balls and snow peas in boiling water until cooked and take out. Well mix salt, sugar, ground pepper, cornstarch and starchy solution and stir into juice.

③Heat up wok with vegetable oil, put in fish balls, peas, mushroom, papaya, red dates, Chinese wolfberry and stir with seasoning juice and serve.
