Stewed Ham Chafingdish With Cabbage

Ingredients

◆cabbage 500 g
◆ham 30 g
◆winter shoots 50 g

Seasonings

◎fungus 20 g
◎coprinus mushroom, tomato, onion
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎sugar 1/2 tsp
◎ground pepper 1/2 tsp
◎milk 50 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse cabbage and tear into pieces. Cut ham into slices. Rinse and cut winter shoots and fungus. Cut tomato into cubes. Chop onion into small pieces. Rinse coprinus mushroom.

②Heat up pot with some oil and stir-fry chopped onion, add in soup stock, ham slices, cabbage, winter shoots, fungus, mushroom, and tomato cubes, cook until fragrant and flavored and then add in milk, cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
