Chili Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
◆Chinese cabbage 6 leaves
◆shredded chili pepper 1 tbsp
◆shredded scallion 2 tbsp
Seasonings
◎dry beancurd 4 pcs
◎coriander 3 stalks
◎peeled peanut 1 tsp
◎chopped garlic 1/4 tsp
◎salt 1/4 tsp
◎red pepper oil 1 tbsp
◎sesame oil 1 tsp
◎some salt, chicken powder, vinegar, castor sugar
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Cut coriander into small segments. Crush peanut. Shred dry beancurd, poach in boiling water for a while and fish out cool. Remove Chinese cabbage's leave tails and shred stems, mix with salt and marinade for 2 minutes until softened, wash out salt and drain.
②Well combine stems shreds, chili shreds, scallion shreds, garlic chops, beancurd shreds, coriander segments with pepper oil, sesame oil, salt, chicken powder, vinegar and castor sugar, marinade for 2-3 minutes until flavored. Add in crushed peanut and stir, serve.
