Beef Shank & Fungus Soup

Ingredients

◆beef shank 400 g
◆black fungus 20 g
◆carrot 200 g
◆sponge gourd 200 g
◆corn 2 ears

Seasonings

◎salt 1/2 tsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Peel carrot and sponge gourd, rinse and cut into thick slices. Rinse corn and cut into segments. Rinse beef shank and cut into thick pieces, quick-boil and rinse again.

②Add water and soak the stuff, bring to the boil, simmer the stew over low heat for one and a half hours. Add salt to taste.
