Fried Green Soybean With Sichuan Preserved Vegetables
Ingredients

◆green soybean 300 g
◆Chinese wolfberry 50 g
◆Sichuan preserved vegetables 100g

Seasonings

◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎soy sauce 1/2 tsp
◎custer sugar 1/2 tsp
◎cornstarch 1 tsp
◎ginger,spring onion 5 g each
◎vegetable oil 30 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse the green soybean, quick-boil, cool down and set side. Soak the Chinese wolfberry. Finely chop ginger and spring onion and set aside.

②Rinse Sichuan preserved vegetables thoroughly, finely chop them.

③Heat up a skillet with oil, adding Sichuan preserved vegetables. Stir-fry for seconds, add in chopped ginger, onion until fragrant. Add in green soybean, Chinese wolfberry. Add in salt, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until well-combined and dish off.
