Curry Eggplant With Mushroom
●Style: braised dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients
◆eggplant 150 g
◆coprinus mushroom 200 g
◆minced pork 30 g
Seasonings
◎garlic 30 g
◎onion 30 g
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎sugar 1/2 tsp
◎curry powder 1/2 tsp
◎soy sauce 1/2 tsp
◎cornstarch 1 tsp
◎vegetable oil 30 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse eggplant and cut into slices, marinade with salt for a while.
②Slice mushroom and garlic. Chop onion.
③Heat up a skillet with oil, adding eggplant and mushroom. Stir-fry until fragrant and pour into a bowl.
④Stir-fry the minced pork, garlic and onion in hot oil. Add curry powder, return eggplant to flavor. Add some water into pan until sauce boils and thickens, dish off.
