Stewed Pork With Egg Plant
●Style: stewed dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

◆eggplant 300 g
◆minced pork 100 g

Seasonings

◎scallion 2 stalks
◎garlic 2 cloves
◎sugar, soy sauce 1/2 tsp each
◎tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
◎starchy solution 1 tbsp
◎vegetable oil 30 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse and trim eggplant and then cut into sections. Put into boiling water until cooked. Remove and drain, set into dish. Rinse scallions and cut into shreds. Peel garlic and finely chop, set aside.

②Mix minced pork with sugar, soy sauce and ketchup, stir until well-combined.

③Heat up a skillet with oil, adding pork, stir often until tender and loose. Add Seasonings and boil until fragrant and then thicken with starchy solution. Pour on eggplant.
