Braised Pork and White Gourd with Bean Paste

Ingredients
Braised Pork and White Gourd with Bean Paste
◆white gourd 500 g
◆streaky pork 100 g
◆Chinese mushrooms 30 g

Seasonings

◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎sugar 1/2 tsp
◎oyster sauce 1/2 tsp
◎bean paste 1 tsp
◎cornstarch 1 tsp
◎fresh ginger 5 g
◎vegetable oil 30 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Peel the white gourd and cut it into thick sticks, cut the ginger into shreds, cut the streaky pork into slices; Wash and soak the Chinese mushrooms for 1/2 hour.
②Put the water in the pot and bring to the boil, put the white gourd sticks into the boiling water for half minute, take them out and put into cold water.
③Heat the oil and stir-fry the pork slices for half minute, lower the flame, add the shredded ginger, mushrooms, bean paste and keep stir-frying for 1 minute.
④Add some water and bring to boiling point for 5 minutes, put in the other seasonings and the mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce. Take out and serve.
