Fish Flavored Eggplant
●Style: sauteed dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
◆eggplant 500 g
◆egg 100 g
◆flour 50 g
Seasonings
◎garlic 30 g
◎coriander 3 g
◎salt 1 tsp
◎soup-stock powder 1 tsp
◎custer sugar 1/2 tsp
◎cooking wine 1/2 tsp
◎cornstarch 1/2 tsp
◎vegetable oil 30 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Cut eggplant lengthwise into 3 strips with cross splits on top. Mix with salt and marinade for about 15 minutes. Flour and dip with egg, saute in pan over low heat.
②Pour from pan into a serving dish, fry garlic until fragrant and pour on eggplant. Mix the sauce ingredients including salt, sugar, soup-stock powder, cooking wine and cornstarch with water and bring to the boil. Pour on eggplant and dish off.
