木耳牛腱汤
●汤煲
●制作时间95分钟
主料
◆牛腱肉400克
◆木耳20克
◆胡萝卜200克
◆丝瓜200克
◆玉米2根
调料
◎盐1/2小匙
家常菜的做法
①胡萝卜和丝瓜去皮,洗净切厚片;玉米洗净切成段;牛腱洗净切厚块,汆烫后再洗净。
②倒入煲中适量水,下入所有材料,煲滚后改慢火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可。
