Stewed Pork En Casserole With Lotus Root and Mushroom

Ingredients
Stewed Pork En Casserole With Lotus Root and Mushroom
◆lotus root 600 g
◆streaky pork 450 g
◆Chinese mushrooms 10 pcs

Seasonings

◎fresh ginger 2 slices
◎garlic 5 g
◎red pepper 1 pc
◎star anise 1 grain
◎soy sauce 2 tbsp
◎oyster sauce 2 tbsp
◎rock candy 1 grain
◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎vegetable oil 50 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse the streaky pork and cut it into thick sticks; Peel the lotus root and cut into thick slices; Cut the red pepper into segments.

②Heat the oil and stir-fry the pork sticks, lotus root and mushrooms with seasonings. Keep stirring until they become smooth.

③Add water and soak the stuff, bring to boil over high heat, lower the flame and then simmer them over medium heat for 30 minutes.
