Bitter Melon Sauerkraut Spareribs Clay Pot

Ingredients

◆bitter melon 600 g
◆pork ribs 300 g
◆sauerkraut 2 stems
◆soybean sprouts 150 g

Seasonings

◎fresh ginger 3 slices
◎salt 1 tsp
◎chicken powder 1/2 tsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse the bitter melon and cut lengthways, de-seed and then cut into cubes, rinse the sauerkraut(pickled Chinese cabbage soft inner core) and cut into slices; rinse the soybean sprouts.


②Chop the pork ribs(brisket with bone) into small pieces, poach in boiling water for 5 minutes, take them out, rinse.

③Add 1800 milliliters water into clay pot and bring to boiling point, put in all the stuff and simmer them over medium-high heat for 45 minutes, flavour with the other seasonings.
