Wild Mushrooms And Pumpkin
●Style: braised pot
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

◆pumpkin 250 g
◆nameko mushroom 100 g
◆straw mushroom 100 g
◆coprinus mushroom 100 g
◆Chinese chive 30 g

Seasonings

◎salt 1/2 tsp
◎ground pepper 1/2 tsp
◎black bean juice 1/2 tsp
◎chicken powder 1/2 tsp
◎chopped garlic 5 g
◎vegetable oil 30 g

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse and seed pumpkin, cut into chunks. Trim and rinse Chinese chive, cut into segments. Rinse the mushrooms.

②Pour oil into frying pan or wok over high heat. When oil ripples, add pumpkin. Stir often for seconds, dish off and drip water. With some oil remaining in wok, add in garlic, black bean juice until fragrant. Return pumpkin chunks to pan and add soup stock, mushrooms. Add salt, chicken powder and ground pepper to taste. Stir over high heat for 5 minutes and add in chive segments. Pour into clay pot and braise for another 5 minutes and dish off.
