豆酱腩肉烧冬瓜
●烧菜
●制作时间8分钟
主料
◆冬瓜500克
◆五花肉100克
◆香菇30克
调料
◎盐1/2小匙 ◎糖1/2小匙 ◎蚝油1/2小匙
◎豆酱1小匙 ◎生粉1小匙 ◎鲜姜5克 ◎植物油30克
家常菜的做法
①将冬瓜去皮切粗条状,姜切丝,五花肉切片;香菇泡发备用。
②锅上火放水将冬瓜汆烫半分钟捞出过冷水。
③锅放油将五花肉放入煸炒出油加入姜丝、香菇、豆酱爆香,加入少许水、冬瓜烧5分钟,调味淋生粉出锅即可。
