莲藕香虾饼
●煎菜

主料
◆莲藕150克
调料
◎法香5克
◎虾肉200克
◎肉末50克
◎盐 、鸡精、生抽、香醋、香油、胡椒粉各1/2小匙
◎淀粉1小匙
◎葱5克
◎姜5克

家常菜的做法
①锅中放入适量水烧开,莲藕煮熟煮透,捞出,冲凉备用。香菜切末,葱姜切末,虾肉加肉末、盐、胡椒粉等调成馅。
②藕切成厚片,抹淀粉将虾馅放上再加上一片藕,锅中放入少许植物油烧热,将藕虾饼放入煎上色,撒胡椒粉,烹少许水煎1分钟出锅即可装盘。
③酱油、醋、葱姜制成汁蘸食即可。

Fried Lotus Root With Fragrant Prawn Stuffing

粉蒸莲藕

◆莲藕、五花肉各300克
调料
◎葱1根

①葱、姜均洗净,切末;红辣椒洗净,去蒂及籽,切丝。莲藕洗净、去皮、切片;五花肉洗净沥干,切薄片,和莲藕加入调料搅拌均匀。

Steamed Lotus Root With Rice Flour

◆lotus root 300 g
◆streaky pork 300 g
Seasonings
◎spring onion 1 stalk

②Spread lotus root over serving plate and then add pork in, sprinkle with chopped onion, ginger. Put them into electric pot.
③Steam them with 1 glass of water until cooked. Take out and scatter with shredded chili pepper. Serve.

一品香酥藕

莲藕拌蕨菜

鸡丝粉丝拌韭黄

酱韭菜

金针酸笋瘦肉锅

②Soak haw and rinse clean, add 1500 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to boil, add haw in, 15 minutes, over low heat.
③Then add white gourd pieces and boil another 15 minutes until cooked and softened. Add ginger, needle mushroom, pickled cabbage and bamboo shoots and boil another 10 minutes. Finally, add in thin pork slices and seasonings until well-combined.
