韭菜花炝皮蛋

主料
◆韭菜花200克
调料
◎西红柿、皮蛋各2个
◎蒜末少许
◎酱油2大匙
◎白醋、糖各1大匙
◎香油1小匙
家常菜的做法
①韭菜花洗净切段氽烫,捞出冲凉;西红柿洗净,皮蛋去壳,均切成粒。
②将西红柿韭菜花拌匀排盘,皮蛋淋上香油。
③蒜末和调味料调成汁,淋在盘中即可。
