Pickled Chinese Chives

Pickled Chinese Chives
●Style: pickled dish
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

◆Chinese chives 600 g

Seasonings

◎2 red peppers
◎white sesame 1 tbsp
◎chili bean paste 3 tbsp
◎soup stock 3 tbsp
◎soy sauce 2 tbsp
◎sugar 1 tbsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Finely chop red peppers. Stir fry white sesame until fragrant. Rinse Chinese chives and quick-boil, remove and rinse with cold water, drain, set aside.

②Fold up one chive into 3-4 cm long, tie it up with another chive, place upon a serving plate in order.

③Heat 3 tablespoons oil and stir fry seasonings until fragrant, add stock, soy sauce and sugar, cook slowly until fragrant and thickened, pour over Chinese chives and serve.
