Chicken Shreds Mixed With Cellophane Noodles And Yellow Chives

Ingredients
◆garlic yellow chives 300 g
Seasonings
◎cellophane noodles 1 bundle (100 g)
◎chicken breast 100 g
◎sugar 1/2 tsp
◎salt 1 tsp
◎rice wine 1/2 tsp
◎white vinegar 1/2 tsp
◎olive oil 1/2 tsp
◎sesame oil 2 tsp
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse and trim chinese yellow chives, cut into 2-inch sections, quick-boil and drain. Rinse and poach chicken breast in boiling water until cooked, take them out and cool down. Shred them to pieces by hands and set aside.
②Soak cellophane noodles in cold water, and then put them into 60-degrees water for one minute, take out and drain, cut into 1 inch and a half sections. Put all the stuffs in a bowl and mix them well with seasonings and serve.
