Steamed Lotus Root With Rice Flour

Ingredients

◆lotus root 300 g
◆streaky pork 300 g

Seasonings

◎spring onion 1 stalk
◎ginger 1 slice
◎1 red pepper
◎paste soya bean 1 tbsp
◎sesame oil 1 tbsp
◎cornbread or rice flour
◎soy sauce
◎sugar 1 tsp
◎water 3 tbsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse onion and ginger, well chopped. Rinse red pepper, trim and seed, shred. Rinse and peel lotus root, slice. Rinse streaky pork, drain and thinly slice, mix well with lotus root and seasoning.

②Spread lotus root over serving plate and then add pork in, sprinkle with chopped onion, ginger. Put them into electric pot.

③Steam them with 1 glass of water until cooked. Take out and scatter with shredded chili pepper. Serve.
