Fried Lotus Root With Fragrant Prawn Stuffing

Ingredients
◆lotus root 150 g
Seasonings
◎parsley 5 g
◎prawn meat 200 g
◎minced pork 50 g
◎salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ground pepper 1/2 tsp each ◎cornstarch 1 tsp
◎scallion 5 g
◎ginger 5 g
◎vegetable oil 30 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Add some water into the pot and bring to boiling point, put in lotus root and cook thoroughly. Fish out and wash until cooled. Chop parsley, scallion and ginger. Mix prawn meat with minced pork, salt, ground pepper and other seasonings to stuffing.
②Cut lotus root into thick slices, spread with cornstarch and prawn stuffing, cover with another slice. Heat the oil and stir-fry until brown, pepper, add a little water, brown for 1 more minute and serve.
③Mix soy sauce, vinegar, scallion and ginger into juice for dipping.
