Soy Mixed Chinese Chive Flower & Preserved Egg

Ingredients

◆chinese chive flower 200 g

Seasonings

◎tomato 2
◎preserved egg 2
◎a little garlic
◎soy sauce 2 tbsp
◎white vinegar 1 tbsp
◎sugar 1 tbsp
◎sesame oil 1 tsp

Chinese food DIY Directions:

①Rinse chive flowers and cut into sections. Put in boiling water to steam. Remove and wash with cold water. Rinse tomatoes and shell preserved eggs. Cut them into pieces.

②Mix tomatoes and chive flowers well in a serving plate, pour sesame oil over eggs.

③Stir chopped garlic and seasonings, pour in plate and serve.
