Mixed Lotus Root and Bracken Salad
●Style: mixed salad
●Preparation and Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients
◆bracken 200 g
◆lotus root 100 g
Seasonings
◎salt, chicken powder and sesame oil 1/2 tsp each
◎soup stock 1 glass
◎fine chopped garlic 5 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse bracken and cut into 1-inch segments. Pour soup stock into wok over high heat and simmer the bracken segments for a while until fragrant. Take out and drain, set aside.
②Rinse and peel lotus root, cut into thick slices, put them into boiling water until not raw, take them out and set aside.
③Put lotus and bracken in a bowl and mix them well-combined with salt, chicken powder, sesame oil and garlic, dish up.
