Beef Soup With Walnuts

Ingredients

◆white gourd 400 g
◆beef 320 g

Seasonings

◎red cashewnuts 80 g
◎walnuts 80 g
◎ginger 2 slices
◎salt to taste

①Rinse white gourd and cut into pieces. Cut beef into pieces and wash clean.

②Add an appropriate amount of water in pot and bring to boil, add white gourd, beef, cashewnuts, walnuts and ginger, cook until boil. Lower the flame and simmer for 2 hours, add salt to taste, serve.
