Lean Meat Pot With Needle Mushroom and Sour Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients
◆white gourd 300 g
◆thin pork 150 g
Seasonings
◎needle mushroom 50 g
◎pickled Chinese cabbage 30 g
◎bamboo shoots 20 g
◎hawthorn fruit 40 g
◎some ginger
◎cooking wine 1 tbsp
◎salt 2 tsp
◎custer sugar 3 tsp
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse pork and cut into slices. Peel white gourd and cut into thick pieces. Trim and rinse needle mushroom. Wash pickled cabbage and remove salt, rinse bamboo shoots.
②Soak haw and rinse clean, add 1500 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to boil, add haw in, 15 minutes, over low heat.
③Then add white gourd pieces and boil another 15 minutes until cooked and softened. Add ginger, needle mushroom, pickled cabbage and bamboo shoots and boil another 10 minutes. Finally, add in thin pork slices and seasonings until well-combined.
