Needle Mushroom and Fish Tail Soup

Ingredients
◆white gourd 500 g
Seasonings
◎needle mushroom 120 g
◎carrot 320 g
◎tail of a fish
◎ginger 2 slices
◎salt to taste
◎vegetable oil 30 g
Chinese food DIY Directions:
①Rinse all the stuffs. Cut white gourd into thick slices. Peel carrot and cut into pieces. De-scale fish tail. Heat up a skillet with oil, sear the tail and set aside.
②Add some water into clay pot and bring to boil, add all the stuffs and cook until boil. Lower the flame and simmer for 1 hour, add salt to taste, serve.
