金针菇鱼尾汤
●汤菜
●制作时间1小时
主料
◆冬瓜500克
调料
◎金针菇120克
◎胡萝卜320克
◎鱼尾1条
◎姜2片
◎盐适量
◎植物油30克
家常菜的做法
①所有材料洗净。冬瓜切厚片;胡萝卜去皮切块;鱼尾去鳞。锅中加入少量植物油烧热,放鱼尾略煎备用。
②煲中加入适量水烧开,下所有原料煲滚后改小火煲1小时,下盐调味即可。
家常菜谱: 金针菇鱼尾汤
★补心、补肾、补血
★营养功效:肝炎、肾炎、高血压、心脏病、慢性支气管炎患者尤为适宜。鲫鱼忌与猪肝、鸡肉、荠菜同食。
